The group made their way back to the hotel, encountering Calanion upon arriving who informed them that while it may have only been a few hours on the frosty plane of death, it was in fact two full days in the Feywild.

Recovering, the group informed Cal as much as they dared about their encounter with the benevolent Blizzard Dragon and their discussion about the Staff.

Valiant played a decisive role in opening negotiations with the reviving Eladrin enclave of Myth Drannor. New Velar recently discovered a workable portal in the mountains to the east near Impiltur and are working on securing that portal to increase/improve diplomatic and financial ties with Evermeet.

After the meeting, Cal requested the party if they might looking into a situation regarding a lighthouse of the eastern coast of Evermeet almost directly across from the isle of Sumbrar, the Eladrin military stronghold lost in the spellplague.

Cal/Antaris's family has been responsible for the upkeep of the lighthouse, but since the spellplague, and the political turmoil of Evermeet, it has fallen in the list of priorities. The party agreed and set out for the eastern coastline.

Upon arrival, they encountered the lighthouse and outside of it a caretakers home in much disrepair. In the garden the group identified two sinister looking scarecrows, and upon further inspection of the home Kiva discovered a fllameskull lurking about in the house.

The party fought valiantly, and defeated the monsters, and then sought to advance to the lighthouse itself.
